Naya Barber is a family owned barber studio created by Natalie and Yaniv Arbiv, founders of a full one stop beauty destination in West Hollywood. After two decades in the beauty world, they partnered with one of Tel Aviv’s top barbers, Bar, to open a dedicated barbershop rooted in skill, passion, and true hospitality.

This is not a random barbershop on a busy street. It is a family story, built slowly, with love and a very clear mission - to create a space where people feel safe, seen, and confident in their own skin.

Yaniv is a master barber and hairstylist known for precision scissor work and next level hair color. Clients call him “the chemist” for a reason. He reads hair like a language - texture, movement, growth pattern - and designs cuts that actually fit the person sitting in the chair, not just the trend on Instagram.

His attention to detail goes far beyond the haircut. Yaniv has a deep love for style, fashion, interior design, and even landscaping. He designed both the family home and the salon, hand selecting every detail. The space blends warm wood, plants, and earthy tones with a modern, clean layout - a reflection of his eye for aesthetics and his belief that environment shapes how you feel.

Under the clippers, Yaniv is all focus. Off the floor, he is a devoted husband and father. Family is everything to him, and that sense of home is exactly what people feel when they walk into Naya Barber.

Natalie is a licensed medical aesthetician with more than 16 years of experience in advanced skincare for men, women, and teens. From acne and scarring to anti aging, microneedling, and high performance facial technologies, she is known for her intuitive ability to see exactly what the skin needs.

She is also the quiet engine behind the dream. While still a skincare student, Natalie wrote a business plan for a beauty studio that was “too ambitious” and was given an F for dreaming too big. Eight years later, that exact dream became Naya.

Natalie has worked through every season of life, including each pregnancy, yet always protected her afternoons to pick up the kids from school, cook, play, and help with homework. She is a natural caregiver, a community mother figure, and the person who opens her home to anyone who needs a sense of belonging.

Beyond skincare, Natalie is a writer and speaker, currently working on her book “The Bravery to Live”, where she shares real stories of healing, courage, and starting over. Her presence is felt in every detail of Naya Barber - from the way clients are welcomed to the way people leave feeling lighter than they came in.

Together, Natalie and Yaniv are committed to one thing above all: a place where people feel seen, understood, and genuinely taken care of.

The name Naya Barber is built from the names of the Arbiv children - Yalie, Neal, Naya, and Yannai - woven together with the family name Arbiv. The brand is literally their family in word form.

The same energy lives in their home life. They raise four kids, a Bengal mix cat named Puppy, a Newfoundland Poodle mix named Dude, and hundreds of rare birds that Yaniv carefully nurtures. The animals are not decoration - they are family.

Puppy was rescued at two days old, bottle fed by hand, and grew up side by side with Dude. Now they sleep together, cuddle, play, and even take turns watching over the kids. That spirit of rescue, care, and loyalty is the same energy that fills the shop.
